Climate Control

Our temperature and humidity-controlled state-of-the-art book storage facility is equipped to handle over eight million volumes when at capacity. All books are stored at optimal temperature and humidity levels to ensure complete preservation.

Sustainability

Our book storage facility in Patterson, NY, is equipped with a solar-powered roof, generating over 60,000 Kilowatt-hours in the summer months. Our commitment to bettering our efficiency and sustainability is good for business and good for the environment.

About Our Team

Clancy Relocation & Logistics’ Library division leader, President of Library Services — Kees Edelman — defines the industry standard in library relocation, workflow, and design. His vast knowledge of specific collections has developed over the past 30 years of experience. As a Project Manager, he has handled some of the largest and most prestigious library moves throughout the US and Canada. From the initial walk-through to the final placement of collections, Kees (whose name is pronounced like Case – in case you were curious) is hands-on, guiding both clients and crews throughout the relocation process.

There are also dozens of Clancy staff working daily in our climate-controlled book storage facilities and they are ready to support your initiatives. Our crews are also available to come on-site to your library and have worked in some of our region’s best private and public libraries.
